功能：

YD-SPS1300-2結合三角形雙帶外緣仿型砂光單元與自動仿型鉋邊單元為一體的機器，對板類外緣曲邊之成型、粗砂、細砂一氣呵成，減少搬運，增加產能，更能達到精密加工，對方形長方形及橢圓板加工仿型砂光單元能自動前、後移動及左、右擺動，使砂帶與加工物保持平行。

＊可結合自動取放料裝置，減少對人力的依賴。

＊浮動迴轉式砂光頭（非一般剎車式）－使用壽命長，動力耗損低，砂帶溫度低。砂光力強，效果佳。

＊砂帶震盪裝置－砂帶可上下震動（震幅可調）能將絨毛切斷，砂光品質優，更能延長砂帶使用壽命。

Features:

YD-SPS1300-2 combines triangle duo-belt edge copy sanding unit and auto copy shaping unit to be one piece machine. Forming, rough sanding, fine sanding of curve edge of board sort all could be done well at one go. This saves the conveying procedure and thus enhances output capacity. This could even reach precision processing. For square, rectangular and oval plate processing, copy (profile) sanding unit could move to the front and rear, to the left and right automatically, keeping sanding belt parallel to work piece.

1. It could combine with auto material setting up device, lessening the dependence of human force.

2. Floating revolving sanding head (not ordinary brake type): Long usage life expectancy; low power consumption and wear; low temperature of sanding belt; high efficiency of sanding force

3. Sanding belt vibration device: sanding belt could vibrate up and down (amplitude of vibration); it could cut off fluff; Excellent sanding quality; it could even prolong the usage life expectancy of sanding belt.
