貝特手壓刨送材機採取單輪多點(組合式)壓制設計(非全面壓制).一線指整排(多點)皆在同一位置,一線多點輪爪有自動的彈昇裝置,此設計將送材機變的輕巧.一線多點的設計相較於全面多點的設計較不會有壓制過度的疑慮.壓制點隨著前進的加工物在加工物上位移但它永遠保持點和點的概念,意指 ”壓制點”與 ”支撐點” (加工物尾端 ) 2點,在2點之間沒有任何其它壓制點或壓制力.

Introduction Of Product

Co-Mastic’s new Jointer Feeder uses single segmented roller design instead of Track (Belt). Multiple studs with independent suspension are building into each segment. Thus, a light、 economical and practical Jointer Feeder is achieved. In comparison to the old style Track Feeder, Co-Mastic’s single roller system apply pressure on stock only on one point (or line), less chance of over-pressing. Single pressing point moves along on the stock as it feed, but in-between the roller and rear end of the stock there aren’t any pressing points.

Single segmented roller, multiple studs per segment, each with independent suspension.
